Shipping Policy
Algola will check the weather and humidity levels so when posting or shipping out your product(s) it won’t be over 40 degrees C. If it looks like the weather will be over 40 degrees C, Algola will hold back your order until the weather over 40 degrees C has ended. This may cause a delay in delivery and hence a longer shipment of your products(s).
Returns Policy
Algola is sorry but we do not accept returns of our product(s). Once you have paid for the product(s) and the product(s) have been send (in good condition), then we expect your product(s) to be delivered in good condition. If, due to unforeseen error, your product does not get delivered to in good condition, simply send us an enquiry using the enquiry form and we will try to sort out your problem(s).
Pricing and Description Policy
We do our best to check for errors. Our product descriptions are as accurate as possible, however, we can not guarantee that product descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product ordered is not as described, you may return it in unused condition for a refund.
In the case that a product has been mispriced (through a typographical error), we will notify you and inform you of the actual price the product should have been marked via phone or email.
In the case that the shipping cost has been mispriced (through a typographical or calculation error), we will notify you and inform you of the actual shipping cost via phone or email.
